01 // The Challenge

Context.

Products, pricing, images, and stock were all owned upstream in a Directo ERP, with inventory split across a web warehouse and physical stores. Manual maintenance was untenable.

02 // What We Built

The build.

  • 01A queue-based ERP/supplier-feed import engine: a cron fetches the feed into a custom queue table, then processes it in small batches — decoupling slow ERP fetches from Magento writes.
  • 02Dedicated processors for products, configurables, categories, inventory, and sales, with auto-creation of attributes and configurable mapping.
  • 03Multi-location inventory sync mapping ERP stock locations (web + physical stores) to per-location quantities.
  • 04Bidirectional flow: order export back to the ERP plus scheduled status updates.
  • 05A six-module category-merchandising suite, BNPL payments, and admin activity audit logging.
