A custom WordPress partner-network and grantee-reporting platform for a Chicago community-wealth-building ecosystem — a bespoke data model with an automated compliance engine.
Context.
The organisation needed a multilingual hub to map a partner network, publish events and resources, and collect and chase recurring compliance reports from grantee organisations.
The build.
- A custom plugin (hooks/loader architecture) defining partner-profile, event, resource, and reporting content types with their own templates.
- A deep ACF Pro field architecture (49+ fields) driving partner profiles and reporting records.
- A grantee-reporting compliance engine: period rollups, due-date logic, automated WP-Cron reminder emails, and admin compliance exports.
- Custom admin dashboard widgets and role-scoped editing.
- A public partner directory with an interactive, AJAX-filtered map and front-end submission flows; multilingual via WPML/ACFML.
