• Full-Stack Development Oversight: Guide development across PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, and React, ensuring clean integrations between frontend and backend systems.
• Performance & Security Optimization: Ensure platforms are optimized for speed, reliability, and security under high traffic and transaction volumes.
• Team Mentorship & Code Quality: Mentor developers, conduct architectural reviews, and enforce strong coding standards across teams.
